Border line on using Agapi again - Driver Cash Issue

In one instance, Brandi did not get the message I had left and I needed to hear back from her right away.
Transport called us and said they were in the area and wanted to pickup 2 days early and we had very short notice to ready the vehicle for the truck.
DRIVER CASH ISSUE:
I've used other transport companies and have paid the fees over the phone. I find it unusual to have pay Agapi their fee and then pay the driver in CASH. It felt kind of like a drug deal. The cost from your company is not notably cheaper for this inconvenience. Two separate payments for one transaction is likewise not efficent. In this instance my customer in Denmark was not allowed to pay the entire charge over the phone. He had to separately wire me the additional funds which resulted in extra charges from his bank and mine and then I had to go the bank and get cash out for driver pick-up.

That addressed, I liked dealing with Agapi and rep. Brandi. Above all, as a repeat customer I want a transport company with integrity and dependability.
