Agape was very responsive and had the best price for an enclosed trailer from NY to FL. The contracted transport company could have kept me and the guy at the other end a little better informed (proactively) a few days out from the pickup. I was at first scheduled for a Thursday and due to my own restrictions I had to telephone them the day I learned the pickup date to tell them they would either need to pick up later or earlier to make sure I would be in town to receive the car. The contracted carrier phoned and said they'd pick up on Sunday or Monday and keep me and the other person on top of the situation. I felt they should have called me a day or two to confirm the Sunday or Monday. I ended up phoning the carrier and left a message and they immediately phoned me right back with the pickup information.

The delivery driver phoned me a day ahead of time to schedule a drop off time and was very flexible with my schedule. The hauling equipment was in excellent shape which I liked, and they did a detailed inspection of the car prior to pickup. The only constructive criticism I have is for the transport hauler to be slightly more proactive but other than that, it was a flawless job!

I would definitely recommend Agape, especially considering the complaints I've seen about other carriers.
