I was attracted to Agape because of the high reviews for customer service, and honestly, because they're a values based organization. Agape did very well; Cali was responsive, the driver was on time, and they communicated well each step along the way. Regardless of the shipping time, the most important part to me was having a point person I could call and who would at least give me updates. Agape definitely did that, and so I didn't really have to worry.
