Going from Saint Cloud Florida to Minot AFB North Dakota, not the most traveled route in the world. Once when the vehicle was picked up the delivery time was very good, keeping track and checking its where about's and driver contact for arranging drop off were all excellent. Cali was very good to work with.

However the reason why I can not give a 5 star rating is the for the following: Agape offer three types of pick up service, I opted for the 3 day guarantee pick up and paid the extra( $ 250.00) money for that. On top of the original quote of $1150.00. as shown below:

"the price quote 116647-CN to ship your 2004 Ford
F150 Supercab on Open carrier from Saint Cloud, FL to Minot, ND is $1,150. "

The 3 day guaranteed pick up did not happen. and my over all cost was 300 dollars more than quoted.

I understand that getting a transporter from Saint Cloud to Minot is not an easy one, but that being the case Agape should have been aware of this and should not have offered the guaranteed pick up service on a not so well traveled route. Like I mentioned I can not fault the service at one the vehicle was picked up. But the wait for the pick up was a bit of an anxious time due to the fact I had to leave the country before it was picked up. I was lucky I was able to leave it at tire business in town where they were able to look after the vehicle until it was picked up.

As to why i was charged more than quoted, extra costs I believe. But if you look at the total cost and compared to other companies, it was still a good price.

At the end of the day my son got his much wanted truck delivered to him at the AFB in Minot. All in good condition, no drama there, which made him a very happy camper.

Would i use this company again. Yes. I know they deliver, even if there are a couple of Hic-Ups on the way, and when isn't there?
