Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We appreciate your feedback on the transport process. We apologize you encountered any issues with the carrier. We explicitly stated in the notes to the carrier that there needed to be plenty of notice on pickup and delivery. The carrier's do their best to give as much notice on pickup and delivery as possible. Sometimes it is not always possible to provide 24 hours notice. The carriers do provide a 4-6 hour notice prior to pickup and delivery. Thank you again for the opportunity to assist you with this transport.
