I never transported a vehicle across country before & was very concerned about hiring the right party for my need. I contacted three companies & decided on Agape Auto transport. Mainly because Joyce was very friendly & was able to answer my concerns with sincerity & honesty. The quote was between other two companies who were not that friendly. The driver, Daniel of Man Auto transport, called 24 hrs before to set up the time & place for pickup. It was delayed mainly due to winter storms in first week of January. But, he kept me informed & vehicle was picked up in two days at specified location & time. He made me feel at ease by explaining the process & also gave me his cell phone to keep in touch. He told the time window when the vehicle will reach Florida. He called a day before & decided on the agreeable nearby location to drop off the vehicle. He was very courtious & vehicle was in good shape except dirty due to long travel. Daniel, YOU ARE THE BEST !!! I reccomend this company to any one. They are professional, sincere & timely in addressing the transport needs. If I have to transport a vehicle again I will use Agape Transport without hesitation.
