Everything about the experience was ok...Brandie was very helpful and I thought the scheduled pick-up was quick. However, the communication between the driver and sender was lacking. Driver failed to inform he would be extremely late. Brandie was very quick to address the issue and resolve any concern. To be fair, driver was in constant communication and took the time to explain a few things about the car I didn't know.
