The service was very, very good - they got the car out to Oregon BEFORE we got there! It was amazing. The ONLY issue we had is it was not door to door - we had to drive a rental from Salem, Oregon up to Vancouver, WA (about 1.5 hours) to pick up the car, which was not what we expected. However, that was really not a huge deal considering you all came through for us in a snap and we were SO APPRECIATIVE!! Thanks again!
