Thank you for the opportunity to assist you with this transport. When we received your order, you wished to go with the Priority Shipping option, guaranteeing pick up in 1-3 business days from your first available date of Dec 28th. With the holiday involved, we were able to assign a carrier for pick up on Jan 5th. Although this was outside of the guaranteed time frame, you decided to proceed with this carrier.Per the Terms and Conditions if a carrier is not assigned in the specified time frame,upon request of the shipper Agape will cancel the order and issue a full refund of the deposit or the customer can continue shipment with Agape. The carrier actually picked up the vehicle on Jan 6th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As advised during the order process,these dates are estimated. The carriers can get ahead or begin schedule. We would love to assist you again in the future. - Brandie
