Iintial contact and arrangments were relatively easy and Agape Auto Transport were very professional. Especially, since they were the second transport company I contracted with to get my daughter's car delivered to her before the weather got worst. Agape Auto Transport did a great job updating me on the status of pick-up of my vehicle within the first 10 days. However, they get an overall C- for follow-up and uodated status of pickup of my vehicle after the the 10 days. I chose Agape Transport's "Rock Bottom Rate", which guaranteed a 10 day pick-up; as the days dwindled down to the end of the 10 day guarantee pick-up deadline, the comapny advised me that it would be difficult to find a carrier within 10 days because it was a week before the Christmas holiday and the route was uncommon. I gave credence to the company's expertise in this area. However, 20 days into the process I was offerred an upgrade ($200) which guaranteed a 3 day pick-up. I did not upgrade and began to question their credibility. I did not understand how upgrading would make the route less uncommon. To the company's credit they tried to assure me that it was hard to predict when a carrier would agree to deliver on such a long route for only $800. 30 days later I gave in and paid an additional $100 when they contacted me with a carrier who was ready to pick up within hours of the phone call. However, I was pleasantly surprised and my daughter was elated when her car arrived a day earlier than the estimated delivery date. This was my first experience transporting a vehicle; this review would have been much more positive if I was intially provided a $1080 quote and car was picked up within the agreed guaranteed timeframe.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with you. We apologize we were not able to assign a carrier within the 10 business days. We received your order on Jan 9th and began working to assign a carrier. Unfortunately, the destination city, Hill Air Force Base, UT, is less travel to by the carriers in the industry. This caused the pick to occur outside the guarantee of the Rock Bottom Shipping option. To answer your question about the increase expediting the shipment a little faster: If we offer a carrier a little more money to go out of his way, or off his normal route, often times they will do it for us. It is rare that this would happen but occasionally on routes that are not commonly traveled by carriers this can happen. Usually only by the customers request in order to get it contracted with a auto transport carrier quicker. We greatly appreciate the time and patients you gave us.
