I was transporting a family car up to my home in Chicago, I thought it would be a difficult pickup considering the location it was coming from was on a steep hill and the car was inoperable. Christi was super informed and worked with me to insure that the car was picked up and undamaged considering the area. The driver contacted me before picking up the car to make sure it was ready for pickup and the delivery of the car was quick. The driver (Jeff) was awesome, very personable and helpful. I would use this service again and feel secure doing so.
