I am in the military and after scheduling my initial shipment, I was notified of a change in report date. I was able to call Agape and they were more than willing to reschedule the pickup date and time for me. When I contacted them to arrange the new pick-up, they were able to schedule the pickup within a week of my call. The car came through fine, and the entire experience was extremely positive. I would certainly use Agape again.
