Agape Auto Transport is AWESOME!

This was my first experience with shipping a car. My daughter is a college student in California and lives within walking distance to her school, but needed a car due to some part-time work. I researched the process extensively on-line and began to research different transport companies as well. Just when I would think I had found the right company for me, I would come across a bad review or find a scam report on the company. In utter frustration, I finally tried typing "Christian auto transport company" in the search box and up popped Agape Auto Transport. I still did some research on their track record, because I know sometimes you can't always go by the "Christian" label thing, plus I figured that this company probably uses some of the same carriers that other dispatchers use. I was very impressed with the way Agape handled the few complaints that had been issued against the company and was further impressed when I talked with Christi and Brandi over the phone. They were very patient and gracious with all of my questions every time I called them. The car was picked up one day after the available date (even though I could only afford the Rock Bottom Rate) and was delivered all the way to the west coast the 4th day after it left the east coast. The driver was amazing (Otis from Coastal Auto Transport) and he did everything within his power to make the pick-up and delivery as smooth as possible . . . from calling the night before and setting up an estimated time and a pick-up location right around the corner from our house, calling when he was an hour away, allowing us to take pictures of him and our car on his rig so we could send it to our daughter, talking to me the night before he delivered it to let me know his progress and estimated delivery time, setting up a time with my daughter around her school schedule so she wouldn't have to miss any classes, and even delivered it to her apartment (which is on a smaller and usually busy street) since she didn't have a way to get to a bigger parking lot to get the car. My whole experience with Agape Auto Transport was flawless from start to finish. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAPE!
