This does not happen very often, but sometimes we have customers that are completely dishonest because they could not get their way and want to back out of a contract at the very last minute. This is the case with Ms. Janelle Civiletto. Janelle got a quote from us on July 7th to transport her 2004 Hyundai Sante Fe from Sarasota, FL to Niagara Falls, NY. Her quote was $830 AND IT NEVER CHANGED. She placed her order on July 8th. We dispatched her vehicle on the same day to be picked up on July 12th and delivered July 16th. AFTER we got her vehicle scheduled for transport she called us wanting to cancel because she said she did not want to pay this much. We informed her that once her vehicle has been assigned for transport the deposit is non-refundable. She was given all of this information at the time of her order. It is also available to everyone when they receive our quote. The customer does have some responsibility to read the information we provide at the time the quote is given and at the time of the order. Janelles vehicle was picked up and delivered on the days it was scheduled. We did exactly what she asked. She received excellent service. It is very unfortunate that she felt the need to submit a completely fabricated review.
