The entire process was wonderful. We had our vehicle transported from Tennessee to Minnesota. My husband was staying overnight at a hotel in Tennessee until someone could pick up the vehicle. I called Candie. She was wonderful & explained about the different options and etc. I then called back & got Christi on the phone who was also wonderful. We set our transport up for Priority pickup (1 -3 days). This was on a Monday afternoon.

On Tuesday morning about 8:30 we already heard from the carrier!! He said that he had heard that my husband was staying at a hotel in Tennessee until the transport truck arrived. I was impressed that this information was transmitted to the carrier also. It was fantastic to have had that prompt service. The carrier arrived in Tennessee late afternoon on Monday & delivered the vehicle to us in Minnesota around 11 PM on Tuesday.

The customer service provided by the Agape office personnel was exemplary. Christi & Candie were so on top of things. I called & they were there & they assisted & it went exactly as it was planned.

Hats off to Agape! We are very satisfied with the entire process.
