I was very impressed with Candie at Agape Auto Transport, with all of her assistance and professionalism in getting my car shipped across the country last month. It was a very positive and satisfying experience. I had spoken to, and received quotes from at least 25 auto transport companies, and decided on Agape hands down, for these reasons:
Candie being my main point of contact. She was knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to work with. She laid out the process from beginning to end in a concise manner and provided me with the confidence and trust of someone I wanted to do business with.
Also, it was comforting to learn that Agape has been in this business since 2006, and that they had great ratings/reviews - a 5 star rating on Transport Reviews. Having Agape being a member of the BBB was important to me too, with an 'A' rating, and with only 4 complaints in the last 36 months, 2 of which were resolved and 2 being closed administratively.
I know it's a team effort to get a car transported, so to that end, kudos' of course to Candie, her fellow co-workers including the dispatcher's, management and the owner(s) at Agape.
