I was looking to have my deceased father's car picked up while I was in GA, so the window of opportunity was small necessitating a $200 fee for a shorter window. I was surprised my pick-up was so early, so maybe I didn't need the extra fee after all, but that's the price you pay for being sure in my situation.
As far as the transportation, the truckers used were friendly, courteous and prompt. I had stuffed the trunk full of stuff and everything came untouched and in the same condition I sent it in.
Overall, I was pleased and would use Agape again if I had a similar need.
Now, if only I could get my piano to CA for a reasonable price - Sheesh!
