My car was actually picked up within 30 minutes of my confirmation from Agame (Christi). The promised day of delivery was a Friday, I notified Christi late in the afternoon of no delivery and she explained that there was a delay getting out of NY (Understandably as I had driven through twice in the last mont and many of the major throughways are under construction and significant delays... The car arrived first thing Monday AM, I was able to get it inspected, insured and registered in that same morning...so overall a good experience and I will recommend this service... thx, Karim
