Nina at Affordable Auto Transportation was really great - honest, up front, very prompt to return calls or emails, sympathetic to the stress of moving, and compassionate. The transporter we booked with was not the best - Safe Auto Transport. I was expecting my car within 7 days. I hadn't heard from either the transporter or Nina the day before so started calling both repeatedly. I finally heard back from both saying the transport had been delayed and I wouldn't have my car when I thought I would. I really appreciated feeling like Nina was on my side trying to push them to deliver ASAP. Ultimately, it took an extra 3 days for my car to get to me. The transporter kept calling with different delivery windows - trying to get me to accept the car at 10pm one day, then 7am another day. I would've appreciated more notice and more reasonable times. But my car did arrive safely without damage and the price never changed so I'm grateful for that. I would use Affordable Auto Transportation again, but I don't recommend Safe Auto Transport based on my experience.
