I AGREE - Don't Use, Very Shady

I requested a quote from Barry. I too was told there was a truck in my area with one spot available. (Coincidence?) After Barry stated he would send me a quote the next day, I goggled the company and saw ALL of these complaints on this site. I immediately cancelled my request. I told Barry, Please cancel, I have decided to go with another company. I didn't comment further or mention anything about these reviews. Instead of just cancelling my request and moving on with his business, Barry emailed me and stated "WHY ARE YOU BEING SO ARROGANT ABOUT THIS?". I'm not sure how Cancelling a Quote Request is being Arrogant, but to me, it shows the mentality and the lack of professionalism of this owner. Fortunately, I did not sign a contract with this guy and I'm glad I didn't. THANKS FOR ALL THE COMMENTS....Others should beware! Considering the many poor comments being left and the fact that he needs customers, you would think he'd be a little more cordial and professional.
