Late, poor communication

While I understand that delays happen due to weather, mechanical problems, etc., none of this was communicated properly. I was promised pickup on May 9th, but the car was not picked up until the 19th. The car was not delivered until the 25th. Therefore, the quote I was given initially would not be valid. When I tried to contact the original sales rep about it, my e-mails were ignored. Nothing was communicated to me properly in terms of pickup and delivery delays. All that had to be done was to call me to tell me so I can make new arrangements. As a result of delays, my work plans had to be readjusted.

I would not use this company again. No communication, no responses to e-mail or phone calls. This company does not live up to the standard and quality they proclaim to have.
