I have to give 0 out of 5 to this company. The rear bumper of my car was damaged during shipping, and they said they would not be responsible for it because damage to undercarriage is not covered. The damage is out of carrier's control. Also, they said the carrier did not check under carriage before shipping (which means the undercarriage might be damaged before shipment). What a bullshit excuse! Don't I know whether my car is damaged or not before shipping? (By the way, the delivery is out of the scheduled time window and no delay fee paid to me.)
I hope this review would be useful to everyone who has his/her car shipped. Please do not ever choose this company for your car shipment.
