I had a very frustrating experience with Acertus Transport Solutions. The pickup took 5 days longer than expected, which immediately put things behind schedule. On top of that, the originally scheduled delivery date was not met, with little to no proactive communication about the delay.
Communication overall was poor throughout the process. Updates were inconsistent, and it often felt like I had to chase down information myself.
Additionally, the instructions I provided were not properly relayed to the driver, which caused further complications. As a result, I was forced to drive over an hour out of state just to retrieve my vehicle—something that should never have been necessary.
Overall, this experience fell well below expectations and especially for price.
