This is the first experience that I have had with a car hauler. Had our car brought to Cincinnati, OH from Largo, Fla. I found ACE on the internet and almost as soon as I inquired I got a message and a phone call from Lilly. She gave me a price and encouraged me to go ahead and book the trip and also assigned a hauler. She stayed in contact with me throughout the trip. We got the car in about one half the time that was alloted. The driver was in contact also letting us know his arrival timing. Great experience.Will definitely use them again if needed and also would provide a satisfactory referral.
