The contact for me was Bruce. He was sooo helpful, took his time to explain each step and the fees to me. I made the call on Tuesday for the contract and literally within the hour got a call that car could be picked up the next day. Before the car arrived at destinantion, I had a question about the arrival time. I called Bruce, he contacted the driver and called me back within a few minutes. It was just great all the way round!
