i was very pleased with the service I got right from the beginning. Larry started out by explaining just how the pick up goes . I was under the impression that the people I spoke with were the ones transporting the car, knowing how the systeam works dispelled much aggrivation. I don't mind waiting when I know I have too, the other company I tried to work with promised me a pick up date and it never happened, I was left not knowing what was happening or why.
