That was the customers version. I have emails only from customer. He never spoke to me on the phone about the driver not showing.I spoke to the dispatcher of the driver and was told his driver drove from Texas to Louisiana to pickup the vehicle after we had a three way call with the driver, the customer and myself agreeing on someone being available on Sat for pickup. The customer told us his tech would be available for Sat. pickup which did not happen.the driver waited all weekend for a call to be answered. When the tech finally answer( which was after Sat.) the driver was kind enough to be available on Monday. He was told by the tech that he would be only available at 8am on Monday which is almost impossible to arrange with a 10 car hauler. I did my job and found the driver. This customer is rude and demanding and non responsive.I that pride in handling my customers, but someone like this is impossible. This is not to mention the customer never signed my contract or paid me. I trusted him which I should not have.
