This is not a good company. I had to ship my car from LA to Indiana and used liked this company because they were cheaper than some other quotes I got. However, this was just a front. They appear better than others because they charage a low price, but that's just because they're charging below the market value and keeping the difference to pay their brokers. They tried to charge me 900 dollars and they sell this to the customer as the complete cost of shipping, but when they reach out to carriers to actually move the cars, they only offer the drivers anywhere from 700-750 dollars. The drivers don't want to drive 2000 miles from that amount of money, and even though Able Auto said my car would be picked up in 1-5 days, it wasn't. No one called me to update me, I had to call every single time, getting a different representative each time, and being told that they were still looking and that it takes time. Meanwhile, after more than a week and a half of frustration, I called another company who had my car on a carrier 3 days later and had my car to me in just over a week. It was that simple. I don't understand how this company can stay in business operating like they do. It's poorly run, terrible on customer serivce, and they constantly tell you on the phone that they're looking for a carrier when nothing is actively being done. I would never recommend this company.
