I would only use again if I were working strictly with Fiona only. She was very professional and knew what she was doing, she kept in contact with me and let me know when I would expect pick up of my truck, she also called to find out if the truck was delivered and if I was satisfied with the drivers. Although the drivers charged me additional fees of $50.00 I was not happy, once they agreed on the pick up charge that should have been accepted and there should have not been a change.
Damage to the truck also, the muffler pipe was hanging down and the trim on the bed was off and laying in on the truck bed..we were told the "wind blew it off".
We are still waiting for the claims form to submit, and still have not received.
Will we use your service again..? probably not, but if I have too..I will only deal with Fiona.
