They were the third party truckers that moved my 2 vehicles for Magic Carpet.

-I wanted the cars to be moved during a window from Saturday to Monday, preferrentially Monday. The driver came and picked the cars up on Friday. This was not their fault and was the primary company's, Magic Carpet's, fault. I lost $200 renting a car for 4 days because of the early pickup.

-The driver was professional and courteous. He notified me of the personal belongings in my 2 vehicles, and said that they were excessive. He did not tell me of the 100 pound per car limit and loaded the cars and drove off.

-3 days and couple hundred miles later I get a call from a new driver and then subsequently the owner/manager of the company saying that my cars will not be transported unless I pay an extra $250 or I have to come and take all of my personal belongings out of the vehicles for them to transport them.

-I have transported cars 4 times between different states using different companies and have always loaded the cars with personal items, and so have countless friends that I have helped move.

-They should have neve loaded my cars and partially transported them or they should have told me to take my personnal belongings out.

-Also, initially I was told that the cars would get to me in 4-5 days or upto a week. I got them 10 days later.

-Only positive experience: cars were delivered in good condition.
