I had stringent demands and Shawn at ASAP Auto Shipping went beyond my expectations to accommodate my needs. Shawn was very creative in finding a solution to my transporting restrictions, and she was very very very patient with answering my questions and easing my worries. Although ASAP Auto Shipping's quite was higher than what we originally wanted to spend, we found that lower bids had stipulations before they could honor that price.

ASAP Auto Shipping used PJC Trucking and I was very pleased with the driver's professionalism and friendliness. He worked around our schedule for the pickup and he contacted us to coordinate our schedules for the delivery. He informed us he was running a little behind schedule (5 hours), but was willing to get my vehicle to me even if it was late at night. He was cognizant of the holiday weekend and didn't want me to be a prisoner at home waiting for a car. He was great!

I am very pleased with the service I received from the broker and the driver!
