Following a frustrating beginning in trying to locate a transport carrier, US ARK Transport, Inc of Syracuse, NY, came to our rescue. Our daughter accepted a job at Sequoia National Park, California, and friends recommended shipping the car from upstate New York versus driving cross-country. This was all new to us, and we did make several mistakes when initiating this move, however, once we were in touch with the caring staff of US Ark Transport, consisting of Irina, and Anna, we knew our daughter's little car was in good hands. My wife was extremely emotional during this move, but the staff were extremely patient and understanding, returning our phone calls in a timely fashion. The drivers, Sergey (spelling) and Vlad were professional and accurate when inspecting the vehicle prior to loading. Because my daughter is located in a mountainious region of California the drop off location had to be adjusted; however, Vlad who drove the carrier cross country, was exceptionally accommodating when it came to a last minute change. The car arrived safely. We highly recommend contacting US ARK Transport, Inc, of Syracuse, NY, for any transport needs.
