Thank you for the business and feedback. We strive to provide the best service possible with honesty and customer satisfaction as our top priorities. It is regretful that you had such an awful experience with us.
The only reason why we would ask for a payment before delivery is because the customer would not be able to meet us and the delivery contact that they gave us does not have the payment. It is in our terms and conditions, on the back of the bill of lading, that payment must be ready upon delivery. Unfortunately, there have been customers who tried to or have scammed their way out of paying that we had to take measures in protecting our company. Therefore, all we require is that the customer has the payment ready upon delivery or deposit/mail the payment to us before the delivery date.
