We started out with a different company and Renee called and advised me that we had been "low balled" and the car would never be picked up for the amount we were quoted. He took over and gave us a price that was higher but would move the car. Several issues occured which ALS had no control over includding several snow and ice storms which delayed the transport several days. They finally found someone to take the car and after all the delays, he picked it up and delivered it to Texas at the time we requested and with no further delays. Renee and Yovana stayed in contact with us and never got upset that we called them often to check on the car. They were patient and considerate and made every attempt to get the job done. I would use there service again in the future if need be.
