The dispatcher in charge of AFT Logistics, Faye, was extremely knowledgeable. She communicated on time via phone and followed up with email. Faye was extremely helpful in finding a Carrier, Browning Auto Transport, who picked up the auto on time.
The driver of the truck, Chip, was very communicative and easy to work with. He always doubled checked the itinerary, pick up points, and delivery points on time. He knew the urgency.
Excellent service. Chip also washed the automobile before delivering it on time, and also checked tire pressure before delivery due to elevation differences. Very safety conscientious. Also printed out a map of the delivery area to better ease the transfer at that point.
Faye and AFT Logistics are superb. I will call them again when I need them for auto transport.
