I originally thought this would be a great company to ship my car with but the lack of communication and information that was given to me, I would advise to not use this company. I write this review not based on poor performance since the company never called or pick-up but on very poor customer service. The day of scheduled pick-up, I called multiple times and sent countless emails with no help or response. I had to rearrange my shipping at the last minute. It's unfortunate that some companies are not honest with their services.
