I arranged to have my car transported from Vancouver to Edmonton with this company, as soon as we made the payment all lines of communication have ceased, no replies to emails, no return phone calls. I haven't dropped my car off at the designated holding yard and now want to cancel my agreement and get a return on my payment. This all started when they ask for a signed copy of their terms and conditions. Called them back for a fax number or further instructions as to where to send the the forms. Since they haven't been returning emails or calls this red flagged them. I'm fortunate not to have dropped the car off and be held to ransom for its return but concerned on getting back our money. Has anyone had an success in receiving their funds back from this company, any information or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
