Thanks a million to Ross who made transporting my new Acura from PA to VT a breeze. I spent 8-10 hours researching other transport companies that I was contacted by after submitting for an online quote - but all had terrible reviews by people who claimed they either were charged more than the agreement or their car was delivered very late or even damaged. I thought all hope was lost until I found Aaall State through a google search of my own. I called and got a quick quote from Ross which was right in the middle of all other quotes I had received. Right off the bat he made me feel totally comfortable that he was going to take care of me and my car, as quickly as possible (dependent on available space on trucks making this route) - Ross was honest, confident, realistic about the timeframe and cost, and didn't make me feel pressured like I had by other companies I talked to. A big plus was seeing that Aaall is actually voluntarily registered with BBB with an A+ score, which no other companies were. The fine details: Ross was extremely communicative, my car was picked up within days as he had hoped (even on an uncommon route), the price was right (I only had to pay $35 more than the quote, which I agreed to before the car was picked up), and it was delivered to me quickly and on time.
