I am a first time user of any auto transport service. I selected a "middle of the road" price and a broker not located in California (why are so many of them from California?). The broker received my order on a Tuesday, the Corvair was picked up on Wednesday and delivered by 8:00 am on Friday. I could not have been more pleased with the service. I received a courteous call on the Wednesday from the broker saying the car would be picked up that day, gave me two numbers for the truck driver and that the truck driver would call me. The driver called me about two hours later saying that he would be picking up the Corvair. The truck driver and I spoke twice more. He gave me the option of delivering the car at 9:00 on Thursday night or 8:00 am Friday morning. I chose the morning delivery.

The main thing that is important to me is communication. Everything, I mean everything, concerning the dealing with this auto transport service was exactly as they said it would be. While "doing what you say you will do" should be easy to do few firms actually deliver what they say they will. AAALL States Auto delivery service delivered for me everything they said they would.

I will definitely use them again.
