Wasted a MONTH

I had a bad experience with Aaall States. They pretty much came out liars in the end. Moral of the story? I was low-balled on the price quote and I say go check out Autotransport 123.
Now for the details: Although PJ was nice, polite and prompt on the phone, he wasn't straight with me and failed to get the job done. I had to raise my quote amount TWICE, and I did ask EACH time whether the increase was enough. I was willing to go higher if necessary - I believed PJ's assurances. Well I gave them a full MONTH (I feel dumb for being so patient) and finally had to go with another broker (Autotransport 123 for the win!). Autotransport 123 was straight with me about the price and told me that my car was listed on the truck boards at a price too far down to ever get picked up, without even considering that a month had gone by already.... So bottom line: Aaall states lied about the price to lure me in OR they tried to get my car picked up at the wrong price, which means they are incompetent. ( After all, that is their job... isn't it?) Either way, I am doing the one thing I can to compensate for that wasted MONTH of my time: Bad review AND promoting someone else, Autotransport 123. BTW, I also reviewed them. You can find my comments at Autotransport 123. Maybe I should start writing commercials for them... >:)

Melissa - We are sorry we could not locate a truck for your move. We appreciate your patience throughout the time we tried to locate you a truck. However, we are not liars!! We just could not find you someone. I never charged you anything throughout this process. Just lost you some time. Which you could have cancelled after 15 days.
