I am copying jtracker history,. This person requested a quote for a Durango to Missippi. He called in on his quote and spoke to me the owner and now his Durango was a Bass Boat going to Lawrenceville GA. The Durango was $550 approx the boat to another state was over $900. He said I have a quote for $549. I checked the history and I said NOT WITH US. We have quote history for Durango to MS. You are requesting a BOAT TO Lawrenville GA. _He then rudly said "You all dont have your act together. On a Sunday insulting us when he was obviously mistaken. I said as the owner' Take a hike and hung up your confused as you were shopping quotes. Now he can complain and transport reviews can post this complaint but we never changed pricing and the systems history speaks for itself. He was mistaken and TRANSPORT REVIEWS has not taken the time to review the history. THis was NOT A CUSTOMER it was quote and it was quote for tow different items boat/car to two different states. NOTHING CHANGED. Now this makes me angry that Transport Reviews will post complaints from customers requesting quotes. We give 2000 quotes week. Each one comes with disclaimers . Transport reviews is to post complaints from customers who placed order. No History of ORDER PLACED. We didnt POST. We didnt take financial info. This is nothing more than an edited quote utilizing the initial Durango info and then adjusting to Bass boat. Once he heard 900 something he was rude. He got hung up on rightly and now he is mad. END OF STORY. Transport Reviews please do your service and remove this frivolous complaint from a confused person requesting quote.
