I give AAA an A+ rating. They cancelled the first driver they chose because they saw poor reviews. The second driver couldn't have been better. He was friendly, explained the process clearly and everything went smooth as can be. What truly impressed me was that this is a Miami based company and that Franchesca was able to coordinate this during Hurricane Irma. She kept in touch with me during the whole process and everything went off as planned.
