I contracted them to ship 2 vehicles to California. Unfortunately AAA Transporters never gave me an invoice, receipt, or order number for the vehicle they failed to pick up (yet they charged me), so I had to post this review under the order number for the vehicle that did arrive. The Jeep from Texas made it here without any issues on open transport. The Hummer scheduled to be picked up in Colorado in an enclosed hauler never got picked up. We got the run around full of stories and lies from the transport company directly. They never showed up to pick up the car, then Joe at AAA Transporters would not respond to any calls, texts, or emails. The last communication with him was to inform him the trucking company never arrived, over a 3 day period from when they were supposedly within 45 mins away. Joe said he would get back to me and never did. I tried calling and texting him numerous times with NO response. They charged me for this transport, never emailed me an invoice, and left me having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Once they get your money, they don't care about you anymore! STAY AWAY FROM AAA TRANSPORTERS!!! BAD BUSINESS, RUDE, THEIVES.
