My major issue with these guys is that they gave me a false estimate to get me to book with them then later tried to say they don't give estimate so whoever I talked to mis-informed me. They proceeded to give me another arrive estimate that was two days later and were unwilling at all to understand the situation I was in. I had planned my schedule around the first estimate I was given and because of their refusal to give me any informatin what so ever I was left in the dark for a matter of days not knowing what the satus on my vehichle was. They were rude to me over the phone and absolutley refused to hear me out or to be sympathetic to the customer to ensure that the customer was at least satisfied with the effort and attention applied to their vehicle. I will never in my life ship my car through these RUDE people agian and I suggest you only use them as an absolute last last last resort. They should really be shut down for the way they treat their customers seriously where did these guys go to business school.

Dear Ms. Spencer We are very sorry the truck transporting your car had a breakdown and caused a delay. Every month we ship about 600 cars and the vast majority get delivered on-time. Again, we are sorry the your was delayed. For your inconvenience we will be glad to offer you a reduced cost should you need to transport another car in the future.
