They are very quick to take your money and promise pick up & delivery of your vehicle. Car was not picked up until 7 days after promised time. When I called to see what was happening, they didn't provide any information. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and didn't know why I was upset. She then proceeded to hang up on me. They say to call a number for customer service, however, as a 71 year old widow all I received was extremely high blood pressure readings after trying to get service. My car was not delivered for another 12 days. I was really upset and had to see my doctor to get something to calm my nerves. I would advise you to stay away from this broker, because all they are interested in is making money
