Dear Mr. Cetta,
We are very, very sorry that the truck was delayed.
When we called you on 3/5/07 to tell you about the delay until 3/19/07 ,
we offered to refund the deposit in full. You decided not to get a refund and to wait for the 19th.
Today is the 16th. Please allow the truck to p[ick-up on the 19th and deliver by the 22nd or 23rd.
