Moving out of state. Made deposit 8/31/09. Were told both vehicles would be picked up on 9/4/09. Received call on 9/4/09 that the driver cancelled his route. Next pick up on 9/6 or 9/7. We were already out of state. Our cars were left at the hotel. 2nd car carrier cancelled route. Hotel wanted the cars out of their parking lot. We had to pay someone else to drive both vehicles to us. Received call 3 days after cars were driven to us that the driver was at the hotel even after we spoke to Stacy and cancelled the pickup. Their customer service skills are horrible. They promise you will be happy with their service and then when there is a problem they tell you "I just work here" (Jerry) As in other reviews where they rebut the comments and say they are not their customers or argue the facts,we have the documentation to prove we were a customer. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have an "F" rating with the BBB. We wrote to the owner for our deposit back. I guess Ms. Carters approach to complaints is to ignore them. So she will continue to hear from us until we get our money back. *****BUYER BEWARE****
