This company promised to pick up my vehicle in Florida on May 1 or May 2, 2021 and deliver it to my Illinois address within 3 days. The fact that they require payment in full...up front, should have sent up a "red flag", but they do a good job of selling how wonderfull they are when trying to talk you into using them. I understand that circumstances can occurr that are unanticipated and beyond anyone's control. However, it was the lack of communication, lack of any feeling of empathy and totally condescending tone in their responses that was so frustrating--even infuriating when my vehicle didn't show up for 14 days! I only got explanations/excuses and updates after I called them. And that was not until promised timeframes had come and passed. And, of course, they accept absolutely no responsibility and there was no goodwill gesture acknowledging the poor experience. No (partial) refund of fees charged, not even an apology for the negative experience. Again, "things happen" (isn't that the expression)--I understand that. But the way it was handled was very poor and unacceptable to any reasonable consumer. BEWARE OF AAA ANYTIME AUTO TRANSPORT. When all goes well in one's dealings with a business, "the world is all good". How a business handles problems when things don't go well is when a company proves worthy of your patronage and loyalty. BEWARE OF AAA ANYTIME AUTO TRANSPORT. Additionally, they represent themselves as being recommended by the AAA (American Automobile Association) in order to gain credibility! That is not the case at all: I confirmed that with AAA directly, albeit after that fact, since I am a member! BEWARE OF AAA ANYTIME AUTO TRANSPORT. Make no mistake: my transaction was with AAA Anytime, Inc at 7635 Dean Martin Dr., Las Vegas, NV Federal license/MC # 586958

Hello "Larry" We told you back in May that the fact is you are not our client and never shipped a car with us. If you had you would have been able to provide your booking ID#. Please remove this false and libelous review.
