From quote inquiry to delivery my experience with AA United Auto Transports and their selected carrier, 'Dana Auto Transport' was excellent. My contact, AD, was very professional and highly knowledgeable about shipping my SUV across the country. Among all the various companies I called for a quote, AD struck me as the most honest and trustworthy of all the agents. Unlike the other companies, United did not promise or guarantee a pick up or delivery date and explained why that is the case in the auto transport broker business. Once I understood how the business works, I also understood that the other brokers who promised pick ups or deliveries by specific dates were not being transparent or honest. I felt that United and AD communicated extremely well throughout the process, involving me in decisions about booking with a specific carrier based on possible pick up/delivery dates and routes. Since my vehicle destination was rare, I chose to wait a few extra days for a carrier that would deliver directly to me rather than switch carriers in a major city somewhere, risking potential problems unloading and reloading my vehicle onto other carriers. Vlad the driver for Dana Auto Transport was professional, on time, and also an excellent communicator. Once he had my car loaded he communicated with me every step of the way to ensure I was aware of any changes in delivery times. United promised me the car would arrive in 7-12 days and it arrived on day 7 in perfect condition. No hidden fees, no tricks, just good, hardworking honest people. I would highly recommend AA United Auto Trasports and Dana Auto Transport for a hassle and worry free car shipment!
