They gave me a 5 day pickup range with the best guess being a Friday pickup. They picked up on a Friday. I was told it would be Monday through Wednesday a week later before it would be dropped off. It was a Monday. I was advised I would be contacted at least 2 days in advance of the drop off to confirm the delivery date and I would be contacted again several hours before the actual drop off. Both of those contacts happened as promised. The Motorcycle was unloaded from an enclosed truck where it was strapped to a pallet. I signed the drivers invoice, had a nice brief conversation about the motorcycle, 3 kicks and I was riding down the road.
